Because during my years of expertise in the holistic healing space I have found that what starts as one symptom or imbalance often shifts into another imbalance once we’ve dealt with the first one. This can also be due to the revelation of a deeper imbalance.

Healing your health and your entity (your body, mind, soul) is a journey and we need to be able to stop and re-arrange during that journey.

This is why I’ve created Holistic Healing. Because this is what it truly means to work Holistically.

What’s inside:

I will be your witch doctor and spaceholder through the 3 month long container and you have access to me and my support during your healing journey. You will be able to ask me questions , share and get regularly support and rearrangement of your treatment plan during this container.

• Duration: 3 months

• First Session (zoom), questionnaires, Ayurvedic Tests & First-time Specific tailored Treatment plan

• 2 Follow-up sessions pr. month with specific adjustments of Treatment plan & if needed new tests to adjust to your accurate imbalance

• Continuous access to me via Voxer for support, questions and advice

What we will be working with:

Your treatment plan will contain support, advice, recommendations and guidance with all of my fields of expertise. It will be tailored exactly to your given situation and imbalances.

• Energetic and emotional work

• General nutrition (primarily based upon ayurvedic principles or specific nutritional support to a specific imbalance)

I you feel like incorporation of your Human Design Chart into your Holistic Healing Journey we can do that. This is a great add-on to understanding your energetic and emotional issues that contribute to your imbalance and that we can work with to start Healing.

OBS: I do always have my medical background ans fundament and special knowledge into woman health, cycle and hormone imbalances, and I will teach you about your body and functioning throughout the holistic healing.

How it goes:

Once you pay for Holistic Healing you will receive an e-mail with all the information about the first session and set up via voxer. You will get the tests, the questionnaire and I will reach out to you to set up our first session via Zoom.

Before the first session please have returned the questionnaire and the test so that I can get to know you and your situation a little bit better.

After the first session (1-1,5h) you will get your treatment plan.

We will arrange our next 2 follow-up sessions for each month.

You have continuous access to me via Voxer for anything regarding your healing journey and your treatment plan throughout the next 3 months.
