To Connect Realms - My Story

So here’s a very long story made short of how I ended up here.

To be a witch has always been a part of me. From when I was a child I practices witchcraft without even knowing that was what I did. I had “spirit-visits” throughout my childhood at nighttime and was so scared of that that I suffered from insomnia and developed a slight OCD tendency as a kid because then there were something I could control. I had no idea of the realms I spontaneously played around in and what it meant for me.

When I went into my teenage years I closed off all of my gifts, I was not cool at all with all of these visions, dreams and spirits hanging around. But it never went away and has been knocking more and more intensely at my door up through my adult life. When I became a mother the first time I couldn’t hold it back any longer and the doors spread wide open and I had to find ways to manage my gifts.

When I went to Medical School studying to be a Medical Doctor I realized something was off inside of me. I didn’t know what. But my body started to react. I developed one chronic and mysterious disease after the other. Stress, insomnia, mysterious liver-disease, heart arrhythmia, herniated discs, constant obstipation, severe eczema.

When I had enough of everything, when I finally looked into the darkness within myself and started to take responsibility my spiritual awakening began. A lot happened in a short amount of time and I stumbled upon both homeopathy, Human Design and Ayurveda.
2 weeks on a homeopathic treatment and my eczema was cured and has never returned (go get Holistic Beauty if you want more insight into healing your skin conditions).
This expanded my entire field of knowledge, Meta-health and energetics started to open up to me.

I dived deeper and deeper. And I knew I had to try to connect the conventional medical world with the alternative and natural world of healing, so I kept on my studies and in January 2020 I graduated Medical School as an authorized Doctor. I had no clue about what and how I would do this, I just felt a calling.

But my own healing journey was far from done. In 2021 after giving birth to my first son I dived into a Human Design and Gene Keys Education. Not long after I felt the calling to start an Ayurvedic education as I’ve already used the understandings of Ayurveda in my life.

That we are not just part of nature - we are nature.

And I started. But I got pregnant again and had to use all of my wisdom learned already on this heavy pregnancy. I finished my ayurvedic studies in 2023, where I also moved to Aalborg, found my soul-family, began at kundalini yoga, started my first business, got divorced and closed my first business through that divorce.

My healing journey was far from over. I’ve been through a lot, my body has been through a lot of healing, my soul has been through a lot of healing.

And I come here in service of you with true embodied wisdom.

I do not believe in linear healing, I do not believe your healing journey will ever be over. Everything is cyclical and we keep expanding, just like the laws of the Universe.

I live in Denmark, Aalborg as a single mother with my two sons and work in my business part-time and part-time as a general practitioner in a regular family care clinic.
